How do I upgrade the firmware via the Soundcore App?
1. Go into the app and press 'Update Firmware’.
2. Motion+ will restart twice during the installation process.
- It will automatically restart after the first Bluetooth upgrade.
- During the second upgrade the power light will flash for about 10 seconds and then automatically restart.

So,anker has been sending me emails asking for a review non stop,heres the honest review. THIS SPEAKER IS JUST MEDIOCRE AT BEST WITH TOO MUCH CONS THEN PROS.
First of all,when i wanted to return it for refund,it is stated in their agreement that, "shipping will not be refunded", which meaning if you paid $99 for the item with free shipping,Anker will somehow deduct the FREE SHIPPING price out of the $99 you have paid,plus you will need to pay freight to send back to them which for me (Australia) will cost around 20-25 to post the item back to them,plus what anker will deduct from the item,which makes return option not even worth it.
Now,to the performance of the speaker,bass is mediocre at best,mids and highs are just "okay".
Software is absolute rubbish,Im using it connected to my laptop on bluetooth,why ? because cable connection makes the speakers sounds wayyyyyyy worse then bluetooth,and each time some audio source starts playing,you get a CUT OUT in sound for about 1 second.
Overall without making an longer essay then what it is already,its garbage,do not buy it and I will never buy another Anker product again. Let that be a lesson learnt.

i have tried several times, and found something is wrong with this speaker. an ordinary PC speaker is better than this. i am disapointed. is there a fault in it? you can hear some beats, some trebles, but missing something, it doesn't make full range sound. especially, when you watch a movie, ordinary speaker makes a lot of sound, this bluetooth speaker only makes few sound. i feel like something is missing.. something is wrong this speaker. maybe i need a replacement. and test it again? maybe it's an individual case.
